• crypto_core_hchacha20
  Implements the HChaCha20 function.
• crypto_core_hsalsa20
  Implements the HSalsa20 function.
• crypto_scalarmult
  Computes a shared secret q, given n, our secret key, and p, their public key, using a Diffie-Hellman key exchange.
• crypto_scalarmult_base
  Computes the public key for a previously generated secret key.
